Contribute to the RJP Collection

Conditions of sale:

1. Artwork must be original, belong to the artist, and carry the artist's name.
2. Only images are printed to a canvas backing and sold as framed. An image on its own is not for sale.
3. Images for backing to canvas are to be emailed to RJP Collection for uploading in high resolution. RJP Collections will arrange the canvas backing, packaging, and shipping as part of the service within New Zealand.
4. A photo of an abstract or painting is emailed to RJP Collection for uploading in high resolution.
5. Abstracts and paintings remain with the artist until sold, however once sold, packaging and shipping is the artist's responsibility.
6. A maximum of twenty five (25) of each (Images, Abstracts and Paintings) can be shown (uploaded).
7. You must have a permanent address for contact purposes.
8. Any ‘ripped off’, plagiarised or copied artwork, if brought to our attention, will be immediately removed.
9. RJP Collection takes no responsibility for any plagiarised or copied artwork as provided by the artist / owner / collector.
10. Artwork must be of a reasonable quality and saleable.
11. No inappropriate artwork will be accepted. The decision to accept and upload your artwork will be made by the RJP Collection, and we reserve the right ‘not’ to accept artwork that is viewed as being inappropriate.
12. Image prices are set as per the advertised rates for Small, Medium, or Large.
13. Sale prices for abstracts and paintings are set and agreed at the time of uploading images and can be reviewed on an ongoing basis. Please provide your estimate for each.
14. If an abstract or painting is sold through another channel and is no longer available, RJP Collections must be notified immediately, so that the sales image can be removed from the platform.
15. All artwork images must be catalogued (pre-named), for example, Artist name, Description, and Number. If multiple items, this must be recorded in an Excel spreadsheet.
16. Payment to the artist is withheld until the artwork has been received by the purchaser (Abstracts and Paintings), and a further seven days have elapsed, with an option to return the artwork for a full refund.
17. The final sale price is split 50/50 after costs (framing, packaging, and courier) for image backed sales.
18. The advertised sale price for abstracts and paintings is shared 50/50, minus packaging and courier costs which are for the account of the artist.
19. The artist agrees to promote the RJP Collection website and their artwork to friends, family and colleagues using social media, recommendation, and other forms of advertising.
20. The artist will be notified of any sale within 24 hours of payment being received from the purchaser.
21. Artwork preparation will take up to 14 days before final courier.
22. Please submit your interest and we will forward a short Agreement for your consideration and signature.
